Process: I began this project by sketching layout ideas that balanced visual interest with clear organization, then brought those concepts into InDesign. Combining elements from multiple sketches, I created a final layout that featured bright photography of fruits and vegetables to reflect the food pantry’s mission of providing nutritious food. The use of green throughout the report tied into the brand’s identity while reinforcing a natural, welcoming tone.

Process: For this project, I designed a booklet that feels both welcoming and elegant, with a dark, and a bit serious tone. I used moody photography and adjusted lighting while also using a darker color palette to reinforce the more serious tone. To elevate the design, I incorporated a serif font with varied line strokes and fine line borders to add elegance and sophistication.
